A new broken build rising.
So, i played toplane like I always do and i decided to pick jax. I saw enemy riven and really this matchup is medium difficulty. At loading screen i saw riven playing with kleptomancy which in theory would have made the game a lot easier.
How wrong i was.
Riven got me first blood because hecarim ganked me. Again not a big deal. She managed to destroy 3/5 turrent plating and after i returned in lane and I almost killed her she went back. Came back with a bf sword and 2 long swords. Much damage but it was not so hard to deal with. Again got ganked, died. She leaves and comes back with Ionian boots and essence reaver.
40% COOLDOWN IN 13 MINS (had the sorcery rune which gives 10% cd and more the excessive gets added to damage)
HER ULT WAS ON 30 SECONDS COOLDOWN!!! Her q was up all the time doing damage and knockup, she didnt use her stun because she didnt have to and her shield, that god damned 300 health shield.... she dominated the lane.
Afterwards she built a stormrazor, duskblade, black cleaber and lord dominiks.
Impossible to beat cooldowns and impossible to handle damage
PS. forgot to mention that due to kleptomancy she was getting extra gold and when they dived me and killed me she survived due to potion of iron.
What are your thoughts guys?
whit either unsealed spellbook or dark harvest and secondary boneplate and overgrowth or shield bash
but rushed 
first, while your Riven was getting overfed.
You just had to build 
and she wouldn't have been able to come back... She had no pene aside of lord's dominik which she built at her last item. Your fault here, not "Riven is broken"
