I'm sure everyone would agree with me on this. Death Recap is practically useless in the state its at right now, with it not showing enough information, having boxes that are empty that display damage, then only say that the damage was from (the players name). I've been playing league since around season 3 or 4, so I think it's time they finally update it.

I don't think Riot will update it now as the work for the next season may have already started (runes reforged). Riot is changing a fundamental system that has always existed in League and this takes time and effort to do properly. They certainly can't and won't start these big projects in parallel as then they would be competing for resources. Not to mention that a certain team of people at Riot is also ironing out some FPS issues and that's also a pain in the ass to track and fix as nothing's clear but likely cuplrits may have been found.
Riot needs to nerf all other AP items. Deathcap is fine as it is, other items are just broken.

The other day death recap told me I was killed by the Challenging Smite of an Elder Dragon even though I was no where near the dragon pit and Elder Dragon didn't spawn yet. I had a picture, but I unfortunately deleted it because I figured complaining about death recap wouldn't actually bring about a change.
They can't. Too incompetent even for this feature that has been broken since day 1 of this game. But hey, still "popular" moba for w/e reason
