Master Chef Tahm Kench recall bug

A small bug I found when playing as with the Master Chef skin. This happens every time you recall as him with this skin, so it's definitely something worth fixing.

At first I couldn't see what was wrong because I don't play the champion nor have the skin, but then I saw the knives lol.

actually this is also for his taunt (where his knife is stuck to his prong thing) and when he has 2 stacks of his passive on a person (just like with taunt)
