Top lane? Sucks to be you. Push your wave to enemy tower, b, go bot, b, repeat.
Mid? Harass enemy. Make them back to fountain. Push wave, go bot, repeat.
Jungle? Mid and top doesnt matter, you can get them fed, but if enemy adc gets fed then it doesnt matter. Gank bot, not top or mid unless theyre under your tower.
As a Jungler that's recently had my win rate skyrocket after picking up this strategy. I can confirm completely.
I've been flamed by almost every top laner, because they think they mean something to the game. I knew better, and let my top lane feed the enemy, meanwhile I was making our adc fed. Sure enough team fight phase hit and my adc absolutely demolished them.
