Morellos Cursed Tomb
Looks like a balanced item, not jokikg, looks intuitive and fair and gives us a better way to dish out grievous wounds without the target having to be at 40% hp.

P.S. - Please dont crucify me, but I dont think Liandry's looks so broken. Maybe im wrong, havent tested it on the PBE, but I looks like a decent item. The only thing I can see being nerfed is the overall damage ramp up cap. Like from 10% down to like 7%. Otherwise, It doesnt looks bad.
