A small QoL buff for Sunfire Cape

It would be really nice if they added the Cinderhulk passive to Sunfire Cape where your immolate aura doesn't attract the aggro of everyone and their grandmas when you're walking through the jungle.

Would there be any reason this might be a nerf to the item?

I'd rather had had this instead of +5 Armor. Or both ... :D
