I have not seen a single illaoi do anything but feed. I came to the conclusion she's a piece of crap but apparently I'm wrong.

shes insanely strong if you don't know what to do against her and let her tentacles stay up but her grab needs to have its speed reduced it comes out too fast for such a durable champion

If you just hide behind creeps/stay out of range as a ranged champ, while avoiding their spells cause it's slow to cast they're useless, you're right.

Er kinda? Her q (or whatever her long ranged tentacle slap is) has a channel, and you can see it on the floor before it hits so you can move out of is a lot easier, than simply outpredicting a Blitz/Thresh hook.

Really? I've only directly fought her once and I felt like her grab was fairly easy to dodge. A lot easier than a blitz or thresh grab. I don't know, maybe this one was just really bad at predicting where I'd go.

ive only played against her as gp so far and its hard to fight her early but she falls off so hard come late games. she only used grab when she was like 3 minions away so kinda hard to dodge. I think it has the same missile speed as yas tornado?

I've went against super good Illaois and have won games. It's really not that hard, half her spells are slow casts and then you just have to kill the tentacles. For the vessels, just stay moving in one direction or go the opposite side of the lane, kill the 3 tentacles, done.

I have yet to have a problem with this new champ, strong strengths and decent weaknesses.
