Seeing as it dosent prevent on-hit effects an a lot of champions have on hit effects or just build items that include them :|

pretty much makes stopping people like yi not possible

umm its not worthless... i mean sure its not going to do a lot vs most mages.

but blind is still a strong mechanic.. not as OP as something like a silence or a stun or a knockup,, but certainly on the same level as a root. on the champions that rely on autos.

even my own main Nidalee can easily be countered by a well timed blind
