Galio change ideas

After the last set of changes (in this case, nerfs) to Galio, I'd like to share a set of changes I have been thinking to make Galio less of an issue in Pro-play and make some room for buffing him if needed.

P : Colossal Smash Now also knocks up all targets for 0.5 seconds (cannot knock up the same champion more than once per 8 seconds)

Q : Winds of War Tornado's damage changed to 4/5/6/7/8% of target's maximun damage from 6% /at all levels) Tornado's damage no longer increases with ability power

W : Shield of Durand Physical Damage Reduction is the same amount as Magic Damage Reduction

R : Hero's Entrance Range changed to 2000/3500/5000 Now targets the ground (no longer needs an ally champion) Knock Up removed Now slows all enemies damaged by 20/30/40% of their movement speed for 1 second. Channel time set to 1.5 seconds Travel time set to 1 seconds (same place) to 2 seconds (5000 range)

Goals Make Galio less team dependant, reducing the incentives to build only ability power and increase the ones to build Magic Resist. Numbers all subject to change. Make Tank and Bruiser a it more viable choices too.

So, this ult version is basically a Pantheon ult? Also, how would it make sense that a smash with hands would knock up, but a high drop from the sky with great impact wouldn't?

I would haaaaaaaate this. Even less reason to play Galio and I love Galio.
