Why not add a Warding keystone?

as it is right now there is more offensive keystones than actual cunning keystones for supports. So why not add a warding keystone? Here's is a rough implementation of one. Cunning tree: "Illuminate- +1 to max ward capacity does not include pink wards all trinkets Charge 20% faster item 3364 item 3363 item 3361 Warding items gain the ability to recharge wards for one every 60 seconds holding a max of 3 wards." item 2045 item 2049 item 2303 item 2302 item 2301

What do you think? it could be toned down if it was to be implemented as a more accessible version in tier 1 or tier 2

OR: Let Supports break the ward barrier. 4 or 5 wards! and 2 pinks

but you'd have to make it so an offensive person could not get it and abuse it

Because it would become mandatory on all supports Gold and above.

Keystones are supposed to be fun. Don't make supports take a boring keystone.

I ward a lot, yet don't see it being so useful as a keystone. If it becomes a keystone it'll be useful once in every 3-5 mins ( every player has 3 wards +1 pink). While current keystones are used/applied instantly or ever 25 seconds.

Not to mention sup items as item 2302 item 2303 are pretty useful as health+regen+gold and will be used even if such a keystone existed. So such a keystone ability i'll have 5 wards.. but where will I ward them? I ain't gonna walk thru entire jungle and place 4 wards, i'll just use 2 wards as defense + 1 enemy jg vision.
