I need a new mid lane champ.

  1. So mid is my weakest lane and I'm tired of getting stuck with it in ranked and then being easily countered. My main midlane champs areZiggs Xerath TwistedFate they all seem to be countered by the same champs and I need someone different. I also have Ahri and while Ive done well in some games as her I just don't like her kit. I fail miserably at playing Katarina and I know I don't want to play LB. I have played Zed during free week and enjoyed him. Is there anyone you all would recommend I try to play?

Suprised that in ranked, no one is picking mid for you.

It's only bronze, but even then I tell people but they don't care.

Lux. She is pretty safe and has good escapes.

Miss Fortune. Not seen frequently because she isn't that good.

Annie. Tank mage. Her stun keeps champions away from her.

Vel'Koz. Spam abilities. Hope they hit. Meh.

Syndra Balls. Damage. Stun. Push.

Orianna Ball. Great in team fights as a support since she can shield and utilize crowd control.

Zed. Assassin. If you're good, instant win button. If you're not? Pick someone else.

I've honestly thought Syndra would be fun to play. How does she do against Leblanc and other assassin champs? It's probably going to be her or Zed.

I have no clue. Hit up LolKing. I'm relearning how to play this stupid toxic game at the moment.

If you're good at warding, get Malzahar. He is by far the strongest AP champ in this game atm. An AOE silence, a suppress, %health damage, and building AD is actually viable on him. What more do you need?

Pick up Master Yi mid.

The trick is to pay attention to enemy cooldowns. Master Yi stat checks a lot of midlaners extremely well thanks to his Double Strike and Wuju Style passives, so if you're smart, you can win trades easily by jumping on the enemy while their abilities are on cooldown.

What makes Yi dangerous in mid lane however is his ability to negate and counter virtually every other standard midlaner through Alpha Strike and Meditate. Meditate crashes a burst mage's damage potential to the ground, and because the large majority of mid laners only have hard CC on one of their non-ult abilities, a well timed Alpha Strike can turn an opponent's Stun into a free engage on an enemy who literally can't defend themselves.

Yi also has a really good safety buffer from enemy armor thanks to Wuju Style, and unlike most other off-meta picks, he scales extremely well into the late game, meaning he's not just an early cheese champion, but a legitimate threat to all stages of the game.

Who is countering you?

Anyway, my go to general mid lane pick is Chogath

IMO the hardest mid laner to counter in the game. There are very few mid laners I fear as Cho. He also shuts down assassins, which is nice.
