pretend to accept, but have your jungler wait in the bushes and gank them.

anybody who unironically asks to 1v1 in a team game is obviously a child, so this will simply induce rage upon their anus even further.

you can take it a step further by going "wtf I asked him not to gank" and then doing it again. gets them every time. this is especially effective against yasuo, riven, and vayne players.

but then you follow this "do not feed the troll" meta thats completely useless. Why is everyone so softcore? Flame em, trick em, taunt em. and besides, winning is easier if u pull tricks like that^^
