you are using the scaling of his ult at level 16. He is weak against AD mids because he can't lane against them. Talon Zed and Riven will just feast on him.

With 1000 AP it is only 1500 damage, not nearly enough to oneshot enemy unless he is really overfed.

Because people focus too much on one part of a Champion's kit and make their whole assesment around that.

In this instance that Veigar is only good vs AP Champions because of the scaling.

veigar really isnt bad, he is just horrible for solo Q, imo. takes too much time to do anything worthwhile.
