Simple Question

Can Riot make a new champion anymore that doesn't require an hour of reading and re-reading tooltips to have any clue how to play it. The Kayn ability description is a parody of Riot's new champion creation system. Can we make the next just have four abilities and be easy to play, hard to master?

It definitely feels like the last half dozen or so champions have been more and more convoluted.
