So about Hextech Rocket Belt

Just a question, it's not a complaint, it's more of a need to get feedback: the other two Hextech items featured are Hextech Gunblade with a lightning theme and having an identity as the Hextech item with the most reliable single slow, and Hextech GLP-07A - yes, I remembered it's name off the top of my head - shooting ice in a conical area (firing in an arc) which also applies a slow.

Why is the third Hextech item not a slow but a dash?

Hextech Rocket Belt (Temporary Name)

Recipe: Hextech Revolver + Kindlegem + 800 Gold = 2750 Total Gold Health: 300 Ability Power: 80 Cooldown Reduction: 10% Active - Fire Bolt: Dash 300 units in a direction (at 1200 speed) and then unleash a nova of fireballs that deal 100 - 250 (+25% of your Ability Power) magic damage to enemies hit. Enemies hit by more than one fireball take 15% damage from additional balls. (30 second cooldown, shared with other Hextech items). This Dash cannot go over walls.

Not going to add onto all the complaint threads about the mobility of Hextech Rocket Belt, but I felt it would have been thematically more appropriate to have the fire-themed Hextech weapon have the user explode the area around them in flame, slowing all enemies surrounding them.

Then each would have a central focus: Hextech Gunblade is meant for duelists, champions who thrive off damage and sustain and want 1v1s who would prefer an extremely reliable item cc on a single target; Hextech GLP-07A is meant for mages who are able to make plays, either setting up the item on enemies to then follow up with their abilities or vice-versa, and who want to affect as many people from a distance as possible; in my mind the third Hextech item should be the one that promotes the all-in AP tank/brusier champion who dives in, being surrounded by everyone and then setting them aflame, it should reward those who dive in by allowing them to burn the world and all those in it who oppose them and their team.

Plus it'd be funny seeing Sejuani use fire.
