Mordekaiser Q + Titanic Hydra bug?
So titanic hydra doesnt work with aoe... thats in there im sure... but morde's Q is no longer aoe... so why doesnt the passive cone from T Hydra proc on his Q swings? they are single target hits...

It's counted as AOE for some reason, the reason I know this is because of spellvamp. I have yet to get the full heal value from spellvamp and his q.
It's a simple problem known as Spaghetti Code.
Though it may be simple, it's hard to fix. Riot is currently rushing out as many fixes for spaghetti code as they can. Skillshots no longer have the weird spaghetti code that causes things like:
Ability hits Shaco who stealthaported away because it hit the smoke he left behind
