Bard needs an update!

is a fast paced support champion that wonders the Rift. While roaming from lane to lane and crossing through the Jungle he collect chimes that give him a speed boost and a small amount of exp that doesn't give more exp further into the game. So he gains as much exp from a chime at level 14 as he did at level 1. Another thing is Bards Q rang and speed. It's slow and short. Not what I expected from a champion who is all about range, speed and stunning. Bard has been improved since when he was released last month in March. I'm hoping Riot will make some changes to this champion as I rarely see him played.
