Emotes Not Available in Practice Tool.

Yeah feels bad. Hoping they fix this. It said T is how to use emotes. Unfortunately I had T bound to my mastery emote. So in practice tool I restored to default for everything and still did not work. I read a thread on the issue saying you can't do it in custom games. So I went into a aram and spent the beginning of the match to try to figure it out. Still nothing. Lesson learned, Don't go crazy and buy things before knowing how to use. lol
