Hextech Chests and the double limitation.
TL:DR Players with smaller champion pools have to learn more champions to get more chests, and not playing enough champions limits the chests you can get. Are these players playing the game wrong, because they don't play enough champions?
I've been enjoying the system until I have gotten a chest on all the champions I enjoy playing. I still have chests slots though! What do I do for chests now? I have to play new champions(that I don't want to play) and play them well to get more chests? What happens to players who are one trick ponies? It seems like limited the chests players(who have a small champion pool) can get to me is like saying if you don't play more champions, you are playing the game wrong. Only reason I understand for limiting the amount of chests you can get per champion per season, is because players will play that one champion(that they can easily get a good rating on) over and over in normals until they cant get chests anymore, and playing that champion again once they have more chests available. But then.. this comes to mind.. Why can we only get one chest per champion per season? Why not making it one chest per champion per month? Every other month? Why a full season? Players seem to be limited twice and I don't understand why. Thanks for reading nonetheless, please give me your thoughts. Am I missing something? [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
