Lee ward hopping needs to go

Can Lee ward hopping be removed, since his jungle is already one of the most efficient and safest? It gives him way too much gank/escape power for no trade off since trinkets are free, and it really shouldn't make it into the next season or he will always remain a problematic jungler. Jax and Kat at least have to use their only escape/initiate (although it still doesn't make sense why they jump to wards too). His numbers can be buffed to compensate, but his over-packed mobility is a huge problem.
