Sion. Sure he's overtuned rn, but his kit offers a lot of counterplay and if he's busted it's only a matter of numbers, not fundamentals kit issues.

His kit is easy to balance compared to some others like Yi or Janna, who are heavily problematic in different situations.

If we're looking at the most balanced champion every patch, pick anyone at 50% winrate with a standard pick rate. While over time, unless they rework Sion again, imo he will remain the most balanced champion in the game.
