PSA Flex Queue is a whole new MMR

What ever rank you were Dynamic last season has nothing to do with who you will be placed against in Flex its like everyone is playing ranked for the first time and everyone has a base of 1200 MMR. You can be smart and just not play until the MMR evens out or you can continue playing your clown fiesta games.

Also, Solo/Duo queue (where your rank from Dynamic matters) comes back November 14th (also my birthday, legal drinking hype) it was in the patch notes. Learn to read.

If that was true, you would be getting matched against silver (gold tops) on your first few games. Granted that I got matched with plats and diamonds from my very first games, I'm pretty sure that it's bugged right now. It actually keeps your existing mmr, but starts the ranking process from base mmr, like you said.

You obviously shouldn't play right now, unless you can actually crush games in your current mmr. If you get anything less than 5-5, it will put you in bronze. I got 4-6 playing vs plat and diamond and was put in Bronze 1 xD. Luckily, nobody cares about ranked flex and most people troll anyways (Idk why Riot thought it would be successful but w/e).
