Make Talon's E a Charge Based System?

I don't know how many times I've found myself getting chased by Talon, or not being able to chase down Talon. I really like the thought of his parkour, and I'm all for it, but honestly, the low cooldown and no cost really makes it hard to kill him. I understand that's the point of it, but gets really annoying when you can't run from him, and when you can't chase him. My idea is to give his e charges. At rank 1, 2 charges, 2 - 3, 3 - 4, etc. I understand that he also has the cooldown on the terrain, but it just seems underwhelming. I don't know if you should remove the cooldown over piece of terrain aspect, or if you should change it. I'm interested to hear everybody's thoughts on this :)

That's an interesting idea tbh. It'll limit his jumping, but he can still make those great escapes or assassinations. He'd just need to be more smart and conservative about it.

If there is a charge system I think the terrain cd should be removed though. Because having 2 caps is kinda unfair.

A side note I also think he should get an additional combat tweak. Maybe add a slow on his initial rake throw, or additional damage for making your blades converge on a target.

I keep hearing he's garbage or he's really good atm, but If Riot can put in these changes I think talon will be high elo/pro material for sure xd

Well some sort of limit to his terrain leap spam should be a thing. I think in practice 2 wall hops is all they really need to get away from anything, maybe 3, so more than that strikes me as little different than existing talon unless the wall hop charges are super slow to build up.

Perhaps make the charges build up by landing enough of his other abilities rather than time based? You could also give him a charge on kill/assist for a 'reset'-esque mechanic, so he could jump in, murder, and jump out relatively quickly if all goes well, but he might be left without an escape if it doesn't.
