should I get Riven next?

I have about 1/5 of the champions and so saving for one is still a big enough deal for me as I need runes as well. I'm into champions that have a way to either get really low cooldowns (Kassadin and Riven seem great for this) or cooldown resets (Katarina, Tristana, other resets). Would Riven be a good next choice or is there another champion with a more active playstyle? I don't really care for which role as long as I am able to seriously contribute. Minus Yasuo. Raged enough at that champ and I don't really want to buy him now. Also hope I posted this in the right forum, since getting champs is related to gameplay.

Do you have teemo? If not, get him. If you do, get riven.

Yep, got Teemo. Can't seem to figure out how he works well but thats a story for another time. Thanks for the help.

Well; with so few champions purchased...it really doesn't matter much then. You are going to want to increase your champ pool regardless...so give a few champions you feel look interesting, and select from among them. No champions (except maybe urgot?) are truly just bad. So play for fun, and pick up the ones that look enjoyable.
