out of the 100+ champions in the game Annie is the one your afraid of. then just ban her every game.
She's been overtly and covertly nerfed recently already.
She's perfectly fine, doesn't need any nerfs. Why the hell are you complaining about her when Yasuo, Zed, and others are more of a problem?
they have nerfed her pretty hard........tibbers no longer applies an immediate stun (passive proc) upon cast and the same applies to her w. Those nerfs were key to making her weaker.
