Oh man those Veigar changes....

Really makes him annoying to fight on ARAM now.

He doesn't have to get so close to use his Q (which still hurts now) and just seeing the cage about to come up is annoying..not to mention when it is up.

And the ult on a shorter cooldown makes you not want to play AP at all...cause it back up when you are back up.

So while the change is a huge nerf to Rift Veigar...ARAM Veigar is just as or even more annoying to deal with.
