Is their any champions that can even use celerity or is it useless?

Is their any champions that even benifit from it?

Even at 700 movement speed it grants 1/2 as much damage as Absolute focus, And its not even in the same ballpark as Trancendence.

Celerity is good on champions who do not have dashes or quick movements like Twisted Fate for example. With the extra 5 move speed, this allows him to dodge skill shots and get poke down on his laner. Also good on an obvious champion like Hecarim who uses movement speed to his advantage.

i use a fun Taliyah build with celerity and speed boots. launching rocks off your wall run your get a nice damage boost, plus shes pretty immobile aside from passive and ult so the speed definitely helps.

Honestly its just mostly decent as 3% movespeed. Its like taking old movement speed quints back in the day. Its never really terrible. The adaptive bonus is really just that; a smidge of a bonus. Its mostly just about the movement speed. Just a generically good thing.

Hecarim? Celerity increases his MS, which increases his AD. Activating Ghost and his E feeds into Celerity, which also feeds into his passive.

I like to use it in ARAM to better get in and out of range to poke. Especially for target things like spaceaids. Relentless Hunter is nice to get in range, but it's out of combat movespeed. Better on SR for Junglers.

For SR, champions like Singed and Skarner like it.

Celerity is currently so overtuned the other choices in its slot aren't remotely worth considering.

If your champion can afford to go into the sorcery tree, it's a must pick.
