Not recieving propper rank as support

So while playing teemo support ive noticed after the rune update that i the ranks for my games are unusually low like going 3-0-12 20 minutes in and not even getting a s- could this have something to do with my summoner spells making the game think im a adc or something?

Could be total gold income, vision score, damage dealt, or the fact that teemo is becoming more popular
