Azules5001 votesDPS-wise, IE and ER and the other crit tiems provide more dmg than youmuss/cleaver. I think all the adcs are moving to armorpen builds bc the crit-based builds take too long to build and IE sucks (infinity edge even with its passive is still worth only 3475g by itself). With all the early dragon fighting, adcs are favoring more raw early damage. In all honesty, I'd like it if Riot buffed the crit items instead, or at least gave some flat pen or more AD in lord dominiks.
Mirkhail1 votesOnly hydras are melee only and there are good reason. Youmus don't have reason to be melee only but the passive could be nerfed for ranged champion, guinsoo and devourer already had this mechanics
