Fiora needs a Nerf

I was in a aram game just now as shyvanna. And i was 1v1ing fiora very close every time. I got a couple solo kills on her. When i loose and look at the death recap it says fiora ult was doing over 1k true damage at rank 2? How the hell is this balanced? (excuse my language). Also while fighting her she hit only 2 of her passive marks and together they did over 700 true damage against how the hell is someone suppose to fight someone that is clearly that unbalanced. I know fiora is suppose to be this amazing duelist. However, why the fuck is she that unbalanced. She wasnt fed. In fact she was negative and she does that much fucking damage? @Riot you guys need to nerf her some how this is stupid af 1k true damage only at rank 2 ult and over 700 true damage from only hitting 2 passive mark? seriously that is just stupid its like vayne level stupid

Why should fiora not get nerfed? and whats the difference if its aram or summoners rift? Lol aram everything is team fights all the time and fiora was killed alot meaning she wasnt fed or anything. and yet she still did stupid damage. So please explain how does aram not show the power of a champion when it was made as a game mode for people to try champions they dont play very often? Please explain this
