Up voted and agreed. I am not wasting points on more pages or spending cash to get them. My two pages are very vague at best already and work for what i play.You can't force me into getting another page at that price to set it for a role i never play.
I'd rather wait longer than get put in a position I don't want to play. I play ranked so that I can have an extra competitive game playing it the way that I want to play it. What's next? Are we going to be forced to play only designated support champions if we're put on support? Or only designated jungle champions if we're jungle? Designated mid champions only if mid?
Thank God Nostalrius Vanilla WoW is coming back. They're making a brand new fresh PvP server too. Google "Elysium Vanilla WoW". When that comes out I'll be kissing LoL goodbye for good. This game is getting very old, very imbalanced, and very money hungry. Next thing you know you'll have to pay real money for whatever they replace runes with. Then real money only for the newest most exceptionally OP champions. Then real money if you want to play more than 2 games per day. Then real money if you want to compete in ranked. Then real money real money real money re-re-re-re-re-re EXPLODES
Vanilla WoW replaces LoL any day.
The cost on the first additional (3rd) rune page's is too intimidating. I have to consider that, or a champion I'm aiming for, just for autofill. I'm a newb into this game and MOBA in general, and the fear of not bringing the right things is already enough.
Why dont you have pages already setup for possible support roles? It's best to have those ready to go in the off chance you ever decide to randomly play support.
Or give newbies 4 starting pages so they have some room to grow.

I use only one rune page at the moment regardless of role and have no issues. I guess it might be more important in high elo, but more than likely high elo players can adjust to all roles and would have multiple rune pages ready to go.
Since you can have two rune pages, I just have an AP and an AD one. Fits most champs.

How did you survive in season 5 when there was no such thing as role selection ?
As a bonus if you are auto-filled you should have all champs unlocked for that game, and all runes.
Also give bonus IP if you play (not even win, just play). Would encourage people not to dodge.
Having to pay for rune pages was always one of most bullshit parts of this game. You aren't even allowed to use runes you spent days grinding for unless you grind some more.
I'm not buying this crap. It was generic AD and generic AP runepage for me since season 1, and it will stay that way as long as pages cost as much as they do.

No. Spend some time or money on the game to EARN those pages.
