My MMR
Says my mmr is normal on op.gg but i still gain 11 and lose 32. Why and How can i fix it? Explains plz D:?

if you want to raise your mmr
find a premade to play with.
MMR increases and decreases rapidly, but losing 30 in one game is probably because you don't have many games played.
NOTE: op.gg is NOT in any way official. It simply tries to estimate your MMR by looking at your allies and opponents.
All you need is to go on a win streak to raise the MMR. If you can't, it will eventually stabilize where the system thinks you belong.
