I understand this game now...
NO such thing as balance. You can only CHANGE champions to only make other champions op.

Is that not the concept of a cyclical meta? Makes us conform to the cyclical meta, learn new champs over a longer period of time so we don't all one trick pony 24/7 without learning any mechanics.
The cycle of nerf and buff continues. We will be OP and they will be useless.
As long as they release new content the game will never find true balance...just a fact of life.
