You would have to be missing 1,687 health for his ult to do that much damage. So you're basically already dead if you're a squishy.

Do you understand how much health you need to have in order for his ult to do 1200+ true damage? Odds are better the damage was from his ult and spin combined in the buggy death recap.
You clearly don't play Garen, or at least you don't play him against opponents who have some idea of what they are doing, otherwise you wouldn't make your other claims.
