are future champions mostly going to be European or asian white or will there be more black/brown champions reflecting other cultures?
reflecting as in how pantheon , j4 reflect European cultures.

It depends. I'd say if they ever make another Shuriman champ, most likely, they will have colored skin. For example, Taliyah doesn't look completely white to me. She's got some color to her. Illaoi also has some color.
With Zoe, they honestly could have made her any color, but, her personality, in my opinion leans more towards white skin than anything else. In fact, you could slap blazing red hair on her, and it would fit.
Riot isn't afraid of making their champs come from different cultures, they just tend to design them in ways that best fits the character.

As long as the said 'African j4' won't come out as some tribal leader from the middle of nowhere or a witch doctor who's all voodoo and shit, then it's cool, because those things seem to be what the general public can only think about African culture these days for 1 reason or the other.
Things like the Ethiopian Empire would be cool to be actually used in media for once.
