Bard plays discussion

So. After playing Bard and having some Studio Ghibli feels, I have come to realize a couple of things.

1. Bard's presence alone is not very... Meh. He's not threatening. He's one who roams around a lot and offers utility. Much like Braum, he doesn't have any waveclear unless he has items to do so. But he's not like Braum in the muscular tanky bit.
2. He excels at allowing his own team to catch up and surround the enemy. Magical Journey helps at this immensely and so does his ult.
3. His presence in lane with his teammate is to delay it as much as possible. His pokes are slightly underwhelming and not to mention that he has kind of a bad range. However, he may disguise himself as roaming to loop around with the jungler and gank at a very unexpected angle. Basically he's a very good teamfighter but he's kind of not much of a threat on his own.
4. His Magical Journey is fun as hell.
