I dont't play annie. In fact, I HATE annie. I hate her stupid high damage and aoe stun. But you know something, if you give tibbers a cast time where she "throws" tibbers instead of it appearing instantaneously, you would have effectively gutted her. Tons of champions have high burst, and the one thing that makes annie annie is her ability to flash tibbers for an engage. So yea, its sucks, but for a champion as old as her without any mobility, let her have some strength guys.

tbh i wish they'd do something to remove her being so dependent on flash...

but that'd require a rework and i don't feel like dealing with annie with %max hp true damage and yet another one of riot's innovate "minigames"

I love the idea of giving her R and animation. it always feel stupid that even syndra and veigar u can zhonyas if you time properly while with annie she gets close to you gg. Also another problem with her is her E. Half the time her E is just to get her stacks. Maybe they change her E to give movement speed or smthg.

OOOOOOOOOOh 0.25 delay would totally gut her! Yeah you're right, instant AoE DPS high ratio nukes don't need no counterplay.

Give her ulti bigger range ,but nerf that with some delay.So she could have some counterplay.After lvl 6 you gonna die every time she has flash.And there is nothing you can do about.Even is you qss stun you still gonna die cause of her burst.
