Items/Item Builds/Item Sets

Just going to put this post here, please remove the ability for an adc to build any AP items, or if you aren't going to do that, at least add a little intelligence test to you're playerbase, please and thank you.

P.S. From an annoyed ARAM player thats tired of seeing adcs build AP items, then feeding and blaming others for the loss since they got kills by ksing hard. I also enjoy being reported because I had my kills stolen and my team shit talked me. Thanks for that too.
