Can we have Cleanse counter Malzahar, Warwick, and Skarner?

I mean, it's kind of unfair when playing an AP mid to be unable to counter Malzahar, and getting flash ulted by a Warwick in any solo lane is pretty much a death sentence. It would make sense because Cleanse is a summoner spell, and Suppressions are only ultimates, so you can probably get off 2-3 ults before the Cleanse is back up, would make mid a lot more healthier. (And don't say that would make him weak, have you ever tried running Cleanse against Lux? Her entire combo requires her to land Q pretty much, prevents her from solo killing you.)
