Shen Support

I have nothing against his rework. I do like his rework, I like his kit. He's honestly one of the most dynamic champions you can play. The problem I'm having is that he's becoming more of the odd duck in the champion pools. He's not the best top anymore, and jungle...can work here and there (but the clear can be slow until tiamat / cinder), so I see him being sent down to support. This is not a big deal for me. I like seeing a strong tank as support, but I've always seen Shen as a multi lane champion, and It hurts to see him in this situation. Now I'm not sure what the best solution to this is.. Possibly a buff, or a new skin (can't take a joke? just kidding), but I do want to see some more buffs to both jungle clearing and top laning phases for him. An idea would be to include jungle items that don't focus on mana regen because sometimes having that second jungle item 7 minute into the game makes me feel small. As for top lanning, this one's a hard one, I don't really have a solution to this. What are your thoughts?
