What do you do about troll picks/forced dodging.

So I just went through 8 different cycles of ban/pick phase where either an ally or enemy last picked something rediculious because they didn't get there role in order to force a dodge (see examples below). After the 8th time I simply said, screw this and loaded up dota 2.

Have had a few games recently where, for example, we had a last pick support riven. Another game where a duo queue got mad and picked a second support and adc and proceeded to play 4 man bottom until the actual adc/support just quit (ironically getting them both a warning). Since I had already dodged twice before these games due to other troll picks I had to play these games.

There isn't any report option for this that makes any sense and even if there was im then left wondering about certain other picks (such as the infamous teemo support troll pick that barely manages to work well enough that maybe I can't even report for it)
