I just looked at the buff to his e, and I just noticed something. The warning delay will be there just as long as before I believe. They reduced the delay, but they made it so the warning particles display on cast, instead of after his .25 second cast time, so in the end, the enemy has just as much time after the warning particles appear to do something. It is a buff against those who anticipate the cast times, but otherwise, it still has as much warning. I do like however, the fact that the actual stun appears .25 seconds before it used to. They straight up buff some champions, and I still don't get why rito is holding back on the changes :/. They didn't need to make it so the warning appeared on cast, but they are so careful that they can't buff this gutted champion without making it 'too much'. Gg rito, gg.

Not quite sure what you are saying here XD I think it needs more before it will be good. Riot has said that they have more buffs for him in 5.6. I also see that sometimes, riot seems to throw buffs/nerfs at a champ like crazy in one patch, but they do seem to be moving really slowly with the veigar stuff. Honestly, if they had the warning last .25 second and had it start on cast, but reduced the max stun duration to 2 seconds, i would be happy. heck i would be happy if they brought max stun to 1.75, as long as they also buffed his W so that it could actually hit. For clarity, this means the stun would be as quick as it was pre 5.4, but the stun duration would be shorter and the warning would display where he was casting it for the .25 seconds it took.

I don't understand why they Nerfed his stun in the first place, removing DFG was all the nerfing Veigar would ever need. Not that he needed a nerf at all.

I'm saying even though they reduced the delay, the amount of time the warning is shown is exactly the same time, and that riot doesn't even try to buff veigar by even semi large amounts while other champs are given such treatment.
