Kai'sa is fun to play as, but awful to play against

She’s not that good anymore after the nerfs. She has weak lane phase.
I've only twice seen Kaisa to solo carry and she was super fed, so any other ADC could do it in the same situation. I'm still more afraid from a decent Vayne or Draven, or Twitch, or Jinx, or Cait player. Caitlyn 1tricks are the scariest shit in the game I've seen - I've played since season 4.
