These two are WAY too similar and have a butt load of opportunity of an event similar to the yasuo and riven one. They're both adc's, Demacian, and had a monster take their loved ones away. I would be nice to have an event between these two.

Since you said like Yasuo and Riven, it seems that you mean a VS event. The problem I see: which contrary philosophies do they represent?
Riven vs Yasuo was about order and chaos, they should have a similar theme to have a reason these 2 are fighting.
Their base lore actually makes them kinda the same. Lucian is out there to kill every unread, Vayne is out there to kill dark magic users and monsters.
