Any good tips for Rek' Sai?

I'm trying her out and so far she's fun. Are there any suggestions you guys would like to throw at me?

Try to get an early advantage on the enemy jungler. She is a great early jungler, and scales extremely well. If you are snowballing, build an extra dmg item after cleaver, Then the rest tank. Keep up the lane pressure with ult, And use it to flank the team to get instant back line.

I don't think rek'sai even build cleaver anymore:

Its only titanic, warrior enchantment, or steraks.

The only tip I can add besides be aggressive early, is use your ult whenever its up. Getting around the map is rek'sais strong point so abuse that as much as possible.

You can do either or, i don't personally prefer steraks on her, but cleaver is a good item for her, and with titanic, making it even better. Forgot about the titanic there for a moment.

try to get deep wards in the enemy jungler. having vision of the enemy jungler is key when playing reksai because you can gank top lane and then see that the enemy is about to gank bot and immediately ult across the map for a counter gank. also keep a close eye on your mini map if you see tunnels get destroyed you can usually assume that the enemy jungler is there.
