Matchmaking In Team Builder Broken?

Seems like Team Builder's matchmaking has been HORRENDOUSLY overestimating my skill on champs I'm "new" to (via the adjustment for not played much thingy). Almost every game I get someone at least a full teir above me in Rank who proceeds to dominate the game and I don't get to Play League of Legends simply out of just being outplayed or constantly dived by the enemy and their jungler.

Quick example, last game playing with a few friends and a person returning to the game who is level 25. Our team is Silver, Silver, Gold, Level 25 and Silver. Enemy team has a Platinum, Gold, Gold, Level 28 and Silver.

Keep in mind, this is WITH the "lowered matchmaking" due to a new champion.

Riot, please, what's going on here and can it please be fixed? I like TB because it means I can actually play champions I want to play (and I'm looking forward to the new draft mode), but if it means I'm going to have a similar experience to this with the Matchmaking throwing me into being FAR out of my proverbial "weight class", it's just no fun being the person who ends up feeding every game because I'm so far out-classed by the enemy Plat-ranked Veigar.

(Also, not really digging the Preseason thus far.That's another rant for another thread, though.)
