What if we made Essence Reaver build out of Brutalizer and a new sub-item?

>New Item: Soul Blade

>- + + 340g = 1300g

10% Cooldown Reduction
25 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive Mana Drain: Restores 1 - 4 Mana per basic attack (doubled against champions). This effect increases based on missing Mana.

> Reworked: Essence Reaver

>- New Recipe: Soul Blade + + 663g = 3300g

20% Cooldown Reduction
65 Attack Damage
15 Armor Penetration
UNIQUE Passive Mana Drain: Restores 2% - 8% of the damage dealt through basic attacks as Mana. This effect increases based on missing Mana.
UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks against champions burn 5 - 20 Mana. This effect decreases based on missing mana.

Of course, these are only suggestions and numbers can be tuned if neccessary. I just though this would be a good item for AD Casters like and maybe even . Let me hear what you think and post your own ideas.

It would probably be too good on Yorick , and that's a thing Rito will prevent at all costs.

i think reaver building out of brutalizer is fine, but the real issue is you have 15 armor pen, 65 ad, and 20% cdr. with or without the mana passive that is a shit ton of stats. for perspective Youmouu's ghostblade costs around 2600 gold gives 30 ad, 20 armor pen, 10% cdr, and 15% crit. you are giving WAY more than than that so this item would have to cost closer to like 4k gold I'd imagine. and even then it'd probably be op as people like riven would buy it for the armor pen, ad, and CDR alone.

it honestly needs flat 10 armor pen to stay the same once it builds up, the mana passive, and just 10% cdr. armor pen is a fine enough addition alone. armor pen MELTS squishies. and if you dont believe me build ghost blade and run some armor pen reds for that massive mid game spike.
