Minions

I'm unsure if minions were supposed to be receiving a few more changes or if this last change was all that was intended, but they definitely need to be a little bit stronger. In the last two days I've see far too many top laners all in and 75% to 0 someone while walking away with 1/3 life or more, two times it was irelia all ining and she is supposed to have a weak early game. Anyone else think minions are too weak throughout game?
