tanks are so useless

that they make the news for tanking 4 enemies to win games.

can someone please explain to me why the boards are so insistent on tanks not being functional? today I have had to have a back and forth with some alleged high elo person about this very topic, had to put up with so much misinformation and illogical thoughts, only for the 'news' to throw this at me like it's some sign from up high.

i stated that people do not play tanks because people would rather build dmg and feel like they matter to the final outcome of fights, likewise for people not building defense.

and no guys, mundo is a tank, I know already there's this ridiculous notion going around that he isn't but that's just not true. if you don't believe me then please go to the champion tab in your post response text box and search for "tank" and tell me if mundo is there or not.

why am I having to deal with uninformed people in the supposedly serious gameplay section? you tell me boards. also why is mundo tanking the world if he's supposed to be deleted by the dmg meta? you. tell. me.
