Does it matter what skins I reroll?

In my experience rng. I got spirit uyder with normal skins.

nope it doesnt, it was meant to be random, if u reroll 3 520 Rp and give u Lolipoppy, u will reroll 3 ultimate skins, and still get Lolipoppy, so dont look at better skins, better skins better take yellow essence for them instead of rerolling them

It doesn't matter what you reroll so only reroll the lowest RP skins and disenchant 975rp+ skins.

I re rolled pulsefire, elementalist and spirit guard....and got a kennen recolour...it doesnt matter

If I reroll legendary skins, will I get better skins or is it completely random?

Completely random.

I've rerolled 3 legendaries and got a 750 before.

But now I own all non limited skins so whatever I reroll when new skins come out is guaranteed to be the new releases.
